Boss Motors Asia, Hybrid Engines, Eco-Start and Ronn Motors
The Boss Motors core project, the development of a 300-horsepower hybrid automobile engine using Asian Energy's own patented technology and incorporating his new approach to motor soft-start technology that can increase lithium ion the life of a battery by as much as 40% in electric vehicles, has been extended to cover the manufacture and distribution of Ronn Motors products in Asia.
Although Sales were made of the Ronn Motors Designed Vehicle during the initial offering of the vehicle in Asia, they will not be confirmed until the logistics and some design modifications are finalized.
The company will still focus on the development and manufacturing of parts and motors for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles.

The company will take over an existing automotive parts business and will have revenue from the first day of operations, Heffernan Holdings the owner of Boss Motors has extensive factory space available and a good deal of the required machiney, some new equipment will be required to manufacture the Ronn Motors products.
The Eco-Start for Electric vehicles is now on sale in Asia and will be on sale by December in the USA and Europe.
Heffernan Holdings will be trading very soon and the company is happy to report there have been no changes to the business or corporate plans.
BZTG shareholders will take on a Heffernan Holdings stock on a 1 for 1 basis, the company will then plan on moving to another OTC market prior to a shift in the primary listing to Asia.
